  Had looked more places than I can remember for a certain sleeping bag for my young granddaughters. Ian, of the McCandess Crossing store, had spent a lot of time looking through existing merchandise and even went on line to find what I was looking for. He interested me in a wonderful replacement that he offered me from the store. So I happily bought them! Ian is product knowledgeable, considerate and willing to take his time to make sure I left with my gifts. Thanks to him, this will be the only store I come to for our future sporting goods purchases. Ian is truly an asset to your company who goes above and beyond for your customers.

  The item that we went to purchase, which their website showed was in stock at this store was not available. If they are going to show availability on their website I think it should be more accurate. This was a hat and not a big selling item that would sell out quickly.
